Ondas Studio ("we," "us," "our") is a trading name of Pinho & Barata, LDA, a company registered in Portugal under NIPC 519013123, with registered address at R. da Castanheira 23, 3850-579, Albergaria-a-Velha, Aveiro - Portugal.

These terms apply to visitors browsing this website and to clients engaging Ondas Studio for services. Specific project terms (scope, pricing, timeline, revisions) will always be confirmed separately in a signed proposal or contract, these general terms cover the baseline relationship.

Services
Ondas Studio provides brand identity, web design, and content/social design services on a project or retainer basis, as agreed in individual client contracts.

Intellectual property
Until a project is paid in full, all design work, files, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of Ondas Studio. Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise stated in the project contract. Ondas Studio retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless the client has requested confidentiality in writing.

Payment terms
Payment terms (deposits, milestones, due dates) are set out in individual project contracts. Late payments may result in paused work until resolved.

Revisions
The number of included revision rounds is defined per project in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately.

Liability
Ondas Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of deliverables. Our total liability in connection with any project is limited to the fees paid for that project.

By using this website, you agree not to misuse its content, attempt unauthorized access, or reproduce our work without permission.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.

We already have brand recognition, how do you make sure a refresh doesn't lose what's working?

Before any design work starts, we audit what's actually working, what your audience already recognizes and responds to, separately from what's simply outdated. A refresh isn't a reset. We keep the equity you've earned and rebuild around what's actually holding the brand back.

Can you work alongside our existing team and vendors, not replace them?

Yes. We regularly work alongside internal marketing teams, existing developers, and other vendors, brought in for the parts that need us, not to take over everything. Files, guidelines, and specs are handed off in formats your team and other vendors can pick up directly.

Do we need to pause campaigns or launches while the rebrand happens?

No. Rebrand timelines are planned around your existing calendar, not the other way around. Campaigns and launches can continue under the current brand while the new identity is developed, with a clear cutover plan for when it's ready to go live.

How do you keep the new brand consistent across everything we already have live, sire, packagin, social?

Every rebrand includes a full inventory of where your current brand lives, site, packaging, social, print, mapped against what needs updating first, later, or not at all. You get a rollout plan, not just new files with no instructions for where they go.

How involved do we need to be day-to-day?

As much or as little as you want. Structured check-ins happen at key decision points, not constant back-and-forth, so you stay informed and approve direction without it becoming another job on your plate.
